Alchemy Shop – Pre-Order FAQ

How do pre-orders work?

The Alchemy Shop runs on a monthly pre-order cycle. Orders open on the 1st and close on the last day of each month. Everything is created in small, intentional batches after the window closes to reduce waste and keep costs low.

When will my order ship?

Shipping begins in the weeks following the close of each monthly pre-order window. Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. You’ll get a tracking email once your package is on its way.

What happens after I place my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Once the pre-order window closes, your candle and/or card pack will be made, packed, and shipped as part of that month’s batch.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because each item is made to order, pre-orders are final once placed. Please double-check your selections before checking out — and feel free to contact me if anything urgent comes up.

Why pre-order?

Pre-ordering supports sustainable production, helps keep prices accessible, and ensures you don’t miss out — each scent or design may only be offered for a limited time.

Can I order in-stock Art prints and originals and pre-order items together?

Yes, but your entire order will ship when the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
